   Just returned from a fabulous trip to West Coast. I prepaid for a car rental using Rentalcar.com and used my Prepaid Voucher at the desk at AVIS LAX .On returning to UK I find I have been charged twice for the car, once by AVIS in LAX and a second charge by Rentalcar.com in the UK. I'm really fed up and currently chasing for a refund.
