Just got back yesterday and will do a trip report as soon as I can (next couple of days). I went to use my Nationwide visa card in Walmart on Sat 2nd May (before the new charges kick in) and it was declined!
Credit card swiped at time of delivery. Delivery charge 35 pesos (~$2 USD). Easy peasy lemon squeezy!!!!! Will always "shop" this way from now on in Cabo. Here is why... No "expensive" taxi ride to/from Walmart. No time spent wandering the aisles of Walmart (shopping while enjoying the ocean view and drinks is much more relaxing).
