I like the after hours events in the summer because you will almost always have more pleasant temps. The party began at 9:30 but I believe guests were allowed to enter at 7:00 pm. I chose to stay at Epcot until it was time for Fantasmic. I arrived at the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater about an hour before Fantasmic was scheduled (9:00 pm).
