Re: Zipair Review. ZipAir is a relatively new contender trying to enter / succeed the low cost long-haul market. It is a subsidiary of JAL and leases their aircraft (currently 4 B787). We (adult and 10 yr old) flew from LAX - NRT - BKK in July 2022 and had a fantastic time. The aircraft had a clean interior and a clean lavatory, and both flights (from LAX and NRT) were on time.

ZipAir Airline is an economy airline. We flew from San Jose, CA to Tokyo, Japan, for 250 usd each! One way ticket. We thought it was very affordable. Everything else, you will have to pay through a phone on ZipAir's wifi. You want water, food, coffee, soda, etc, you got to pay for for each.
