15 years ago. The Bellagio has a Dollar rental car desk. It is usually more expensive to rent from the hotel than the airport. Sometimes it is just a little more expensive but other times it is a lot more expensive. Also- they are not open 24 hours a day as the airport facility is. They also close one hour for lunch.

You can return a car after hours and leave your keys in the drop box, but if you need to speak to someone at the desk, they're usually only open 9-5 and may close for lunch.

I would check both Hertz and Dollar. Hertz is at CP and Dollar is at the Bellagio.Just pick the one with the cheapest rate. I believe both allow you to pick up at the hotel and drop off at the airport, but at the hotel (not the cheaper) airport rate.
