They are all over the place over the counter. Also, when I forgot my insulin at home (stupid me), I bought insulin and needles over the counter.

    this isn't the answer you're looking for but please consider first - you should really not medicate based on what you "think" they may have. besides, you can get any antibiotic you want in cancun without a prescription. if you have to do it, at least wait until you get there and visit any "Playa Mart" where the meds are readily available. most stomach illnesses seem to come from fruity drinks ...
