If Vons can't deliver to Harrah's at all, they will call and tell you. What I'd suggest you do is go to the bell desk when you get there and tell them what time the delivery is scheduled for. If you let a bell guy bring the stuff up, that should smooth things over. The Vons guy will also call you when he arrives, if you want to intercept him.
