   Vons does have a choice of delivery in 1 hour, 2 hour or 4 hour windows. My suggestion is to schedule your delivery in the latest window. If you get to a point where you know you won;t be there for the delivery (ie at the beginning of the window), call the delivery customer service number and reschedule.

It is on Tropicana Avenue, between the Strip and Paradise [the entrance to the airport]. As Swearington notes, there is both an ABC and a liquor store (Super Liquor is the name) there.
