    In my experience, this is just a pop-up message. It routinely appears to everyone while booking tickets on the irctc website. Only confirmed/RAC ticket booked - All it means is that unlike real counters, which book wait listed tickets, the website only books confirmed tickets or tickets which are in a category called RAC (reservation against cancellation).
