Bonifacio High Street is the best place in Manila to spend your free time especially in the evening. There are number pf shops, malls, restaurants, bars, cafes and night clubs on this entire stretch. It gives the feeling as if you are in some European town. It was full of life when we visited on Saturday evening.
Feb 2020. High Street in Bonifacio Global City is the place to be when visiting Manila, Taguig City. The pedestrian area, lined with greens and small parks has a nice atmosphere to it. It is a busy place and popular with young people and families. You can safely walk all the way up and down the couple blocks and enjoy the vibe.
It seems to be a simple boulevard with a view of the Manila Bay along the way. But, every time, it never fails to attract the passers by to slow down a little bit and take a deep breath of the sea wind and glance awhile at the alluring view of the Bay anytime of the day.

Answer 1 of 2: As I am aware, traffic is very slow at most times in Manila. I've been looking at Google map travel times at various times of the day and they seem to vary by about 10 minutes for my main destinations.
