American Airlines has another credit card partner Barclays Bank. Sign up for a new AA branded Barclays credit card, pay the $99 annual fee, make one charge and you get 60,000 frequent flyer miles. That is enough for 2 1/2 round trips MIA-HAV. I got my application on a flight and cannot find this deal on the internet.
Advantages of this card issuer: Barclays is known for offering a broad range of co-branded credit cards alongside travel brands like JetBlue, Carnival Cruises, Wyndham and Frontier Airlines.
