2 years ago. I have been unable to find anything but a 1-800 reservation number for the new MGM rewards. I am looking for an email or a phone number to ask a few questions. I have looked on their website and even on my MGM rewards account to no avail. If anyone has access to this info I would greatly appreciate it.
It does not seem possible to modify or cancel a reservation online either, as a message advising that "this reservation cannot be modified online - please call customer service at ..." appears on any attempt to view an existing reservation. Alamo, how about getting you act together - your problems are not making for happy customers.

As long as you have your redemption code & mlife number when you call you're fine. Report inappropriate content.

I just tried to do the same thing: add my Alamo Insider number to an existing reservation booked through Costco. The 855 area code Alamo Insider desk said they could not do it, and referred me (not transferred me) to another Alamo desk at 800 651 1223. They were familiar with the problem but said it cannot be done, do it at the rental counter.
11 years ago. I used the info/contact given here on the TA forums to rent a care from Luis Ceseña at Alamo (aeropuertoloscabos@alamorentacar.com.mx). He confirmed the rate and sent me a confirmation number, but no link or otherwise printable confirmation that contains all the information (dates, type of car, etc).

The operator gave me phone nr. directly to the Alamo car rental at Denver Airport and the lady said as well that my reservation is valid and I will get the car for 222.17$ when I arrive. I have checked my online reservation and there it doen't seem to be any problem and there is no Re-book button.
