I did a cvs test 3 weeks ago and my results were back within 48 hours. I just retested today, and she said 2-5 business days. Fingers crossed they’re back in time, but we did Walgreens as well and I’m contemplating doing vault. Vault says they typically return tests within 24 hours if you write “STAT Hawaii” on the packaging.
