I've been an OFW for 13 years and frequently travel, but this is my first time being truly impressed by the warmth and hospitality of Filipinos at the airport counter. Today, on June 7, flight PR2861, during check in ,Ms. Jema was extremely nice, cheerful, and accommodating.
