The only "local" type gift card I recall for restaurants I saw when we went a few days ago was for the Kaanapali Grill & Tap Room which is at the Marriott Ocean Club on Kaanapali Beachwalk. Since we own our TS there we did buy one set.
Some times Costco will have some gifts cards. We have purchased $100 for $80 for Honu Seafood. Just stop in on your way from the airport. They are in the front by customer service.

Good question, donboy! All I know is, that in our area, the Costco cards offered are for the some of our very top rated restaurants and activities. I give Costco props for keeping it classy! Our family gives "experiences" for Christmas and Costco is usually involved! Edited: 9 years ago
