All of my credit cards have a phone number to call collect, but I don't actually know how to make a collect call with a cell phone. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I messaged T-mobile and the agent says the phone will know it's a collect call and tell me the charges. He also says the charges are different than the usual 20 cents a minute.
