He says "all providers of accommodations for guests must register and report their hosting activity through the National Tourism Data Centre (NTAK) operated by the Hungarian Tourism Agency".
Airbnb attempts to establish trust between the traveler and the host. Many hosts rent spaces within their homes, which makes them feel vulnerable. As a traveler, you want the host to allow you to stay in their homes and have the faith that you won't trash their places or treat them disrespectfully.
