I have a problem with a booking and got an email reply with a phone number to call..... Customer service reps are not able to make outbound calls according to the email BUT they are apparently too busy to answer any calls at the number provided or any other I can find.

Terrible customer service - won't answer phone. Flight was delayed so long we were concerned about missing our cruise. The Allegiant phone number was constantly busy and the local agent said "they won't answer" showing this was not uncommon. We got one text about a new time, which would get us to our cruise on time and then no further updates.
