   Hi. Ace are charging. 1 week @ $149.95/week $149.95. Total Rental Charge $149.95. Total Fees $41.54. Estimated Rental Price $191.49. The dates we are looking at are 23rd june to 30th June. The above charge was for a 2 door Toyota Yaris. We have travel insurance which i think covers car insurance.

   Ace rent a car refuses to answer phone calls and all other correspondence. The charge for $317.77 (for a $40 car rental) was refunded. On June 5. 2022, I received a credit report notification that Allied Collection SE has an account for $319.00. I feel this is harassment and unfair to try to ruin my credit!!!!

   We booked a car at the LAX ACE car rental. The flight was slightly delayed, landing at noon, then we had to wait 45 minutes for luggage. Next there was the arduous process of actually getting to the ACE location since they don't offer a shuttle like all the other car rentals.

   The car we were told we were getting was a Toyota Camry. We got a Dodge Charger. A gas guzzler. Scratches all over, pealing paint, dirty. I took pictures to make sure they don’t try and charge me for the damage to the car. Again, do not rent your car from this ACE LAX. I was told to contact Customer Service regarding my review.
