Tickets to take this tour and view the inside operations of this Amazon Fulfillment Center are very difficult to get. The tours are only conducted on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 10am and 2pm, and they only allow a certain number of participants on each tour; for these reasons, it took my wife and I over a year before we got tickets.
