If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.
Absolutely WORST part of our trip to Las Vegas. Hertz Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! They mixed up my reservation with someone else, told me to call a number to fix the issue myself! The Hertz representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn’t have the car I had reserved and no one was there to help me find the car I needed.

The car rental agent will be unable to pull off a "new" reservation if you have a printed copy of the original reservation - which you should have had. I always print every page of my reservation and have it with me when I pick up the car just in case there is a problem.
Hertz, Worst car rental experience. I scheduled a trip to Las Vegas and reserved a car from Hertz. The Hertz location I chose was located in the Paris Hotel, which was across the street from where I was staying. When I went to the Paris Hotel to see where the rentals were located, I was informed that this location was closed months ago.
