Being a longtime owner of multiple Jeeps, it's not a great touring vehicle. And with an airport rental you can't take it off road. So there's very little reason to rent one.

If you can't find one, you might rent the cheapest subcompact, drive near where you want to jeep, and rent a jeep for a couple of days from a company that rents for off road use, then drive back to airport.
