   Had the most amazing car rental experience at BWI's Sixt. John Carlos and his staff are 10/10. He was so helpful after I wasnt able to get a car from another buisness. The car that i reserved wasnt avialable and I came bavk the next day and he swaped my car with no extra charges. I was so impressed and greatful with the level of service.

   We reserved a car on Sixt, only to discover two days later that our plans had to change. This was four weeks before the car was reserved. Every other rental car company I have dealt with in similar situations has refunded the deposit when given so much advance notice of changed plans, but not with Sixt. Buyer beware.
