Sixt is great, especially Tabitha. Feb 2024 • Friends. For the second year in a row we rented a Sixt minivan for our month on Kauai. When we checked in this year we were fortunate to be served by the same person we remembered fondly from last year, Tabitha.
We reserved a car on Sixt, only to discover two days later that our plans had to change. This was four weeks before the car was reserved. Every other rental car company I have dealt with in similar situations has refunded the deposit when given so much advance notice of changed plans, but not with Sixt. Buyer beware.
