I know for a fact there's military discounts at American Museum of Natural History, the Bronx Zoo the Empire State Building & the NBC tour.
If you book directly with them, tell them you’re a veteran or in the military. They may ask for verification when you pick up your tickets at the box office, but in my case it’s listed on my drivers license as a veteran.
