I have a few reservations with different companies. I’ll be canceling and let one or two remain. Right now I have enterprise $590; and thrifty $400; and Avis $600.

I just booked 11 days with thrifty for $ 313.00 total ( including the crazy fees ) for a wild car. I used the AAA discount, hot deals, and am a Blue Chip Member. Just keep checking because prices can change a few times a day. Always sign up for their loyalty program. Its free and gives you an extra discount.
Thrifty car rentals did a bait and switch, waiting for me to arrive to tell me that my reserved vehicle was not available. They then charged me 3x what my reservation was for to get a similar but smaller vehicle after I refused to pay $400+ for a suburban. Ny $117 van cost me $360 for 3 days. They knew they had me and they really screwed me over.
