I had gone ahead while my wife was getting bags. By the time I got back to the arrivals curb area she was there with the bags.
I recently rented a car from the National Car Rental Office at the Toronto International airport. The rental of the car was roughly $35 plus Premium Location Fee of 17.67% plus tax. I was asked if I wanted to pay for the gas upfront and return the car empty at the cost of $1.52/ltr or $75.70. I agreed.

From exiting our plane at OGG to driving off national’s lot it rarely takes longer than 15 min. Sometimes ten.
