   I have T-Mobile and posted about that on the other thread. I just found out from their website, and confirmed on the phone, you can make and receive calls to the US for 20 cents a minute, texting and internet are free if you have the simple choice plan, which is what I have. Walmart has the cheapest plans and phone for Tmobile.

   Hi Jill, The magic jack app won't work to call Costa Rican numbers unless you add international minutes. It works great to call or receive calls from the US if you have a fast / constant internet signal.
