That said, most rental companies have fees if you drop the rental at a different location than where you picked it up. Sounds like you also had the car longer than planned.
4. Re: Warning - Fox Car Rental at Denver Airport. 5 years ago. Only go with majors and warnings all over TA about toll charges. We rent from DIA about once a year and always use Enterprise or Hertz. Join loyalty programs and book direct using any discounts. Never take highway 470 around airport.
Fox car rental Denver Airport. 6 years ago. I know you will get a better rate at Fox but save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else. Counter people were nice but when we got our car it was not ready to be rented. It was so filthy it was hard to tell if scratches or small dents existed as we looked over car.
I stick with Avis or Hertz and rarely would go beyond. Also, rental cars tend to be very expensive at DEN and airport fees are also high. You can oftentimes save by taking a taxi, Uber or shuttle to Quebec Street (old airport area) and hitting one of the rental car companies there (like Avis). Good luck. 3.
Re: Warning - Fox Car Rental at Denver Airport. Hello I’d like to comment on the extremely poor service that we received at the Denver airport location. The line ups were a 2 1/2 hour wait to pick up your reserved car rental !!! 2 1/2 hours of standing in line up in a hot building. There were a lot of angry people!

It took 55 minutes from completing check-in to getting my car, marked by 1) being told "yours is the next one coming out [of the car wash]" twice, as about 7 other cars rolled by. 2) having them find me an different car because apparently my ...
