After 5 minutes of trying to find how to see 3D view by looking, I searched in Google Earth Help: 1) Find the "Layers" panel in the left side.

For those not familiar with that feature, this means that you can go to any street in Cozumel, drag the orange person icon onto the blue outlined street and see how it looks from the street.
