10. Re: Looking for a printable customs/immigration form. 6 years ago. Immigration (FMM) is the form linked above. This is the FIRST form you have to provide after you land. You also have a Customs form - separate - which can also now be filled out online up to 3 days in advance of your travel date.
The officer will stamp your passport, both portions of the front page, tear the form and give you back the "salida" / exit portion, which you will need to hand in when you leave the country (same as always with hand written forms). You do need to sign the online form after printing.
