Previous Hertz rentals experiences were uninspiring, and the prices were always 50-100% higher than other companies. For this rental, the price was only a very small amount higher and I was able to earn Delta Sky Miles, and so I took a chance and reserved on line.
Because of the hertz hassle I arrived at 1am. At least I got a break on valet as it was the next day. I will NEVER rent from Boston hertz again. I wished my husband read the reviews before renting.
