Seems like whenever they get a good review, the person is accused of being an employee. Not the case. I used to be a travel agent with AAA and we always recommended the Access American product to our travelers.
It is only for emergency assistance and doesn't cover medical costs. It does cover ambulance service, medical evaluation, nurse escort if necessary, cash advance for medical payments to keep medical care going if your credit card isn't enough. We are also looking for travel insurance since we are out of the country for 5 months of the year.
The travel company never followed up with us and the insurance company took over 6 months to reimburse us after making sure we had no other insurance to cover it. They were impossible to contact to find out our status. I am look for another travel company AND insurance company for my next trip!!!!

My travel companion had AAA travel insurance. His AAA insurance paid the price difference between the flights. GoReady did not stating the flight eventually left on time and I suppose they thought I should ignore the advice of the airline. I would avoid this insurance company at all costs.
