   9 years ago. I just used Autoslash for a trip to Hawaii in March. I first checked all the big car companies using AAA and AARP discounts.The best I could do was in the $700 range. Autoslash got me an Avis reservation for $560. That includes taxes and fees. Maybe they will find a lower one before March.
