As Lyft works just like Uber (although with a bit less political baggage) I suspect the same problems would arise if you didn't want to turn on your phone to avoid charges. Uber generally cost us around $10-15 to get to the parks, with Epcot and Hollywood Studios being the closest at 5-10 minutes (Magic Kingdom the furthest at around 20). Rideshares were always readily available and close by, I think the longest we waited was around 6 minutes.

Re: Uber or Lyft and how to tip. Sep 6, 2023, 10:03 PM. Tipping through the app is the common thing. Normally you do it right after the ride (you can't do it before). Just go back to the app to add a tip if a reminder doesn't pop up on your phone. 15–20% is correct. I'd bet most people do 15–18% rather than 20.
