    Thanks for the link. It looks like to me they are also selling what I would call *case management* services in addition to transport home. They are functioning the way many health insurance plans do where some one is a liaison with the hospital or medical providers and work out a plan for returning the person home while managing the insurance company outlay of funds.

The metro is extensive so you can go anywhere in the vast city (of over 30 million!), just don't underestimate the size of Shenzhen.
