Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

   fox rent a car is the low life of rental car companies, DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. i have a store credit of $437.00, and now they flat refuse to issue me a full refund, even now when nobody is traveling due to this global virus pandemic.

It took me one hour to get my rental car in SLC because of all the upselling and messing me around at the rental center. It feels very ghetto and it is not a good experience, took 30 minutes just to return the car too.

   The rental was at the lowest cost of any SLC car rental (probably because the van had 47K miles on it). 2. The shuttle from the airport to the offsite agency was very prompt. 3. Drop off was a breeze. 4. There were 3 other parties in front of me at pickup, and it only took 20-25 minutes to get on the road.

   We visit several times a year and always rent a car from McCarren car rental. This upcoming trip, unfortunately the rates are unreasonable. Therefore we are drawn to Fox Car rental. Interested in hearing honest reviews, good and bad. I travel with mobility scooter, any reviews on scooter or wheelchair shuttle transportation appreciated. Thanks!
