We didn't want the hassle of having to go to the store for some basics, and wanted food in the kitchen without having to worry about it the day we landed. We were pleased with what we got. We have used Vacations to Go for several years to book cruises with good results. While we now have an on-going relationship with an agent every contact has been professional and knowledgeable. They are stove-piped by service (a different desk for air) which can complicate planning.
Also ensure you have E Ticket in your hand. If you can't access the E Ticket, ring Vacations to go, and they will organise and if you do not receive an email, then insist they post the E Ticket to you. Furthermore, sometimes, you can't enter all your Data in the cruise section. You must notify Vacations to Go and they will do it for you. Marie.
