I just happened to open their app to get info about my booking and it said my account was disabled “for security reasons.”. I checked my emailed confirmation and clicking the link showed my reservation as canceled.
This is very worrying as I’ve have no response & now my account says it is disabled due to security reasons? I am very shocked & concerned that nobody has contacted or emailed me over this & I now I can’t even get into my account as it doesn’t give any other way of getting back in & just says your account is disabled.
