Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked. Eventually got thru to Reservations whereupon the person hung up on me when I explained my issue. Left a voicemail with Heathrow location but they never bothered to call me back. I will never rent from Hertz again.

When I showed up they didn't have my reservation on file and no car available for me to rent. My guess is there is some sort of glitch where the Hertz ...
Hi All, In January this year we made a reservation via Hertz, to collect a car at their North Bergen location, dropping at La Guardia Airport a month later. We spent a lot of time looking at rental options, this booking was by far the best price, and with a provider we have historically found to be reliable.
