If not contact them to be sure that the reservation has been accepted. If you only made it today, wait until tomorrow and check again.

Six of us in a family group travelled from Australia. We travelled in the shuttle from LAX to the site to collect the car.
4 helpful votes. BEWARE--Hertz car rental made through Priceline. 10 years ago. Save. We made a pre-paid car rental reservation through Priceline for pickup at the New Orleans airport on 6/16/14. After checking in at the rental counter, we were told by the counter agent to step to the side and a car would be available "shortly."
The exception is Hertz, which stays until 30-40 minutes after the last arrival (whether on time or late). Do not rent from Budget! They have no way for you to contact the local airport office. If you call the local number, you are transferred to the national call center.
