   That doesn't sound right to me. 30c a mile would soon add up. That's a lot of refreshment ! Seriously, that would be close to $60 each way just in mileage charges. I've rented a car 1 way for a total cost of not much more than that. Try one of the national operators, the mileage fee sounds more like a local company trying to get a few extra $.

   Two years ago we put 1200 miles on in 6 days around Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Last year it was 1200 again from Rapid City and Yellowstone. This year Rocky Mountain National Park and on to Moab to visit Arches/Canyonlands the first week in Sept. The car was rented through Priceline 3 months ago with unlimited mileage.
