Expedia never notified us of that. As such we had to book a new flight on a different airline at a much higher price. I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.
Completely normal so far. (3) I called the number provided (+852 3077 5711), and after going through many menu options I got the “all out agents are busy” response and was asked to leave a message. (4) Two hours later an agent returned my call from Phoenix, AZ (+14802708191).
I booked a flight to Asia online with Expedia on Oct. 1st. I did not receive a single email from Expedia regarding this booking, no confirmation, no itenerary, nothing. (not in my junk mail either) and my bank account did not show any money going through. I believed this booking did not go through and made other plans.
Expedia should have sent you numerous emails to rate whatever you visited. Most of your questions are easily answered by hitting Support then customer service on a PC on Expedia. (2) I don't think you can rate Expedia's service. Edited: 1 year ago
Payment has left my account (this morning, not last Friday) to Expedia, but I haven't received a confirmation email. I tried to login to my account, but couldn't remember the password. I clicked on 'forgot password' and it said they would send a reset email but this hasn't happened.
I googled the expedia customer support centre contact (UK) and got a number which I called, as there was a queue the bot offered to call me back, which they did, I had to wait but got through to very helpful guy who put me through to the refund sections and after half an hour they had the details and confirmed we would get a full refund.
