I booked a flight to Asia online with Expedia on Oct. 1st. I did not receive a single email from Expedia regarding this booking, no confirmation, no itenerary, nothing. (not in my junk mail either) and my bank account did not show any money going through. I believed this booking did not go through and made other plans.

I have recently booked a flight and hotel package with Expedia (UK). They sent through a "Travel Confirmation" email which states: "Purchased and awaiting confirmation from the airline that the tickets are available at this price. We have sent your purchase request to the airline. Please check back in 2 to 24 hours for confirmation.

I sent this letter on 08-13-2007 to one of EXPEDIA’s CEO and later to their President and Senior vice president, customer operations. NO RESPONSE so far. A failure to respond only means that EXPEDIA's executives are fully supporting their deceptive business practice including their attempt to scam me. I just edited (to remove) personal data :
In the subject line use the numbers/ letters of your itinerary followed by "Inquiry#1" then follow that up next day with the same thing followed by Inquiry#2, etc. , etc. . In the body of the e-mail, again start by referencing the itinerary number followed by names, followed by your specific requests.
