If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.
For the record, this review covers our visit to Aruba from Sunday, October 13, 2019 to Saturday, October 19, 2019. First things first, as with other aspects of arriving in Aruba on a Sunday, our experience with the rental car portion of our vacation was wonderful. The office was quiet, the staff were polite and professional and the car was ready.

Hertz, Worst car rental experience. I scheduled a trip to Las Vegas and reserved a car from Hertz. The Hertz location I chose was located in the Paris Hotel, which was across the street from where I was staying. When I went to the Paris Hotel to see where the rentals were located, I was informed that this location was closed months ago.
Michal M, if you do not plan to ever use Hertz again, I would NOT bother posting any information and just move on. Posting information here may make you feel good but it is very much unlikely to resolve any issues that you have with Hertz. Just my opinion from years of life and dealing with issues, to include, car rental companies.

Reviewed October 6, 2015. Great rental. I used to travel a lot for business and was even a president's five star member at one time. However this time takes the cake. We received a new car maybe only 1800 miles on it, clean and ready when we walked out the terminal. However that is the norm for gold members.
