First things first, as with other aspects of arriving in Aruba on a Sunday, our experience with the rental car portion of our vacation was wonderful. This review is for Hertz, St Pancras Station, London. WARNING - THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS! I booked and paid for a manual C class car months in advance, from Australia. I arrived at Hertz St Pancras on the day to pick the car up, only to be told they didn't have one available, as they were very busy and all those cars were hired out...
Hertz, Worst car rental experience. I scheduled a trip to Las Vegas and reserved a car from Hertz. The Hertz location I chose was located in the Paris Hotel, which was across the street from where I was staying. When I went to the Paris Hotel to see where the rentals were located, I was informed that this location was closed months ago.
Unfortunately, Hertz didn't communicate with me other than to say my rental car reservation was ready. Here are the specific major problems we had Saturday, April 6th, 2024. 1. No one answered the phone at the location, even after 5-6 calls. 2. I was supposed to be able to go directly to my rental car.
