If you go to the TSA website, under 3 -1--1 rules, you can type in the liquid you are questioning, it brings up many ways to say "contact solution", pick one, click search, it brings you back to the rules on 3 - 1 -1.

Nope, solution is not allowed. Nothing liquid on flights to, from or within the US.. Even with a presciption it's unlikely it will be allowed on because not having it won't be life threatening.
