If you are an Executive Member, you may not receive the 2% rebate on purchases made outside your "home country". Report inappropriate content.
14 years ago. My husband uses our Capital One Visa (no exchange fees) at the Costco here in Cancun with no problems. Went with a friend a couple of years ago though who had a Costco CC from the States and the Costco here wouldn't accept it. Go figure. Report inappropriate content.

Be aware there is about a 2% surcharge for using visa, over cash. We get 2% worth of travel points, so for us, we consider it a wash, and worth the convenience.

Visited Costco in PV last week. on the whole, prices were higher than Costco in Edmonton and also higher than Walmart in PV. Overall, selections did not appear to be as good as in Canada. 16 years ago. Just be aware goldpet68 that Costco does charge a 2% transaction fee for using your card in Mexico. It will appear on your bill, when you return home. Consequently, we don't charge on our Costco card in Mexico, we pay cash. Report inappropriate content.
