All SIM cards at the 4 terminals of MNL airport are being given away for free so if you give 100 pesos you will receive a SIM card and a load worth 100 pesos. You can also buy SIM cards at 711, Mini Stop, Family Mart and other convenience stores for less than 50 pesos.
