A recent purchase of Payless has brought them some customer service/staffing issues but 90 min queues are common on certain days of the week/ times of the year at LAX no matter what company you use. In fact it's probably average.

The original estimate for our rental was projected to be about $264.00. Received an email statement and a bill for about $1,080.00. Three phone calls later they seemed to understand our entire bill was incorrect. Received a second bill for $372.00 with some strange additions but paid it just to get rid of them.
